Objective:
To have as many living trees on the game board as possible. There
will be no trees in the game when you start the game but there
will be three you can plant immediately. Your highest score will
be remembered by the computer. To plant a tree click on the PLANT
button. A number will appear in the button indicating how many
trees you can plant. You will get a new tree to plant every few
seconds but you can only have a maximum of 3 trees to plant at
any one time!
The
object of the game is to have as many living trees as possible.
Use the up and down arrows to raise/lower temperature. If it gets
too hot trees will catch fire, if it gets too cold the trees will
freeze.
When
the game begins you can plant the 3 trees by simply clicking on
plant and then clicking a location on the game board. The trees
planted will then begin to grow at an excellerated rate. For every
30 seconds you are playing a new tree will be added, ready for
planting. You can then add this to the game board. There can only
be a maximum of three trees in your forest well at any given time.
So keep planting !
Various
environmental hazards will affect the trees over time; fire (lightning
storms), flooding and the invasion of non-native rhododendron.
You may be required to put out a small forest fire before it escalates
into a raging inferno or to stop rhododendron from taking over
your entire forest.
If it gets too hot trees will catch fire, if it gets too cold
the trees will freeze. If a fire starts then click on WATER and
hold the mouse button down on the fire to spray it with water.
If rhododendron appears then click on the weeder and hold the
mouse button down over the plants until they disappear.
By
selecting either Plant, Water or Weeder you will be able to look
after your forest successfully.
N.B. The climate temperature must be kept steady. Use the up and
down arrows to raise/lower temperature.
Good
Luck !
